Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of inside sales, account executive or success management expertise, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record exceeding sales metrics
  • Automotive Industry experience
  • Available to work 10am-7pm weekdays and 8am-5pm Saturdays (with a comp day during the week)

About the Role:
The Seller Success team is critical at Gauge because it serves as the primary point of contact for our Sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout their experience with us.

In this role, you will be contacting private sellers whose vehicles we’ve inspected. It will be your job to educate them on current market trends, while also closing the deal to purchase the vehicle. You will be responsible for making the sale go smoothly and being an evangelist for Gauge’s process. Because the market is ever-changing, you will be required to be swift in your negotiations and have a do-whatever-it-takes mentality, in a fast paced environment.


About you:
-Natural sales instincts, are persuasive and able to convince people to do things and see things from your perspective without making them feel like you are selling them or are at odds with them
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to find common ground and work deals through close.
- Successful track record of B2C sales cycle management and well-developed sales skills
- Make an excellent first impressionHigh drive to achieve your goals and are competitive by nature
- Listen well and empathize with others, easily identifying what someone needs to hear to defuse a situation or make them comfortable
- You know how to leverage feedback to consistently improve your performance
